A café that runs on
one live system
We built Arumi Coffee a complete operating system — QR ordering, kitchen & bar displays, inventory, payments, and full accounting — all wired together in real time. Below is a faithful, running simulation of it. We build the same, tailored to how your business actually works.
One order,
every station in sync
A guest scans the QR, orders on their phone, and pays by QRIS. Each item routes itself to the kitchen or the bar, staff advance it, and the guest watches Masuk → Dibuat → Siap → Selesai in real time — no refresh, no app. Watch a real order flow through it below.
Interactive simulation of the production system — the same realtime event flow that runs live at Arumi Coffee.
It knows tomorrow
before you open
The same data that runs the floor trains a weather-aware demand forecast. It predicts how many cups each day will sell — so the café buys the right stock, staffs the busy shifts, and never runs out on a sunny Saturday.
Forecasts are recognition-dated and trend-boosted — the production model tracks ~9% recent error.
Books that
close themselves
Every sale posts to a real double-entry ledger automatically — cost of goods, taxes, and payment fees included. Owners see today’s profit, not just today’s sales, and the cash drawer closes to zero variance. No spreadsheets, no month-end scramble.
Profit is computed from the ledger, not a guess — the same finance module the owner opens every night.
Not a POS.
The whole operation
Most café software stops at the cash register. This runs the entire floor and back office as one connected system — the counter, the kitchen, the stockroom, and the books.
Guests scan the QR at their table, browse a live menu, customise, and order from their phone — no app, no download, works down to a 360px screen.
Each item routes to exactly one station. Cooks and baristas run live ticket boards with prep timers, recipe guides, and who-made-what attribution.
A shared realtime gateway keeps every screen in sync in under a second — the guest watches Masuk → Dibuat → Siap → Selesai as it happens, with a poll fallback so nothing is ever lost.
Every sale deducts raw materials by recipe and books exact cost of goods automatically, with moving-average cost, low-stock alerts, and a daily shopping list.
Open and close the drawer with counted variance, on top of a true double-entry ledger — trial balance, profit & loss, and immutable per-shift closes.
Accept QRIS and virtual-account transfers that settle to one balance, reconciled automatically against the gateway — with PDF receipts sent to the guest.
Order-ready pings, reservation reminders, receipts, and owner alerts go out over WhatsApp — no extra app for staff or guests to install.
Weather-aware demand forecasting feeds stock cover and menu insights, so the café buys what it needs and sees which items actually make money.
Arumi Coffee,
live in production
Arumi Coffee is a specialty café in Palu. Everything you see here is the real system running their floor every day — not a mockup.
One connected system serves four surfaces — the guest’s phone, the cashier, the kitchen, and the bar — plus a full owner back office for inventory, cash, finance, reservations, staff, and reporting. It is built mobile-first, works offline-tolerant on cheap Android phones, and is multi-tenant by design: a new café is a new tenant, not new infrastructure.
Built for your
business, not a template
We do not resell a boxed product. We build the system around how your café or restaurant actually runs — your stations, your menu, your money flow — and you talk directly to the people building it.
A free consultation to understand your stations, menu, payments, and reporting — the scope is drawn from your operation, not a fixed package.
Ordering, displays, inventory, payments, and books — connected in real time and tested against real service, on the devices you already have.
Self-hosted and owned by you, with the team that built it a message away — plus forecasting, insights, and new surfaces as you grow.
