Versi Bahasa Indonesia tersedia di Kebijakan Pengembalian Dana. This Refund Policy explains when and how payments made to Ashari Tech can be refunded. It applies to all payments collected through our website and our payment provider, iPaymu.
1. Scope
Ashari Tech provides custom software, automation, and AI services. We do not sell fixed, off-the-shelf products; payments are made against an agreed project scope or invoice. This policy governs refunds for those payments.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund in the following situations:
- Duplicate or accidental payment: you were charged twice or paid the wrong amount.
- Work not commenced: the work covered by the payment has not started and no resources have been committed.
- Service not delivered: we are unable to deliver the agreed service and no acceptable alternative is provided.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not refundable:
- Work already performed or milestones already delivered and accepted.
- Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (e.g. domains, licenses, cloud, advertising spend).
- Payment-gateway transaction fees, where these have already been charged by the provider.
4. How to Request a Refund
Send a refund request to [email protected] or via WhatsApp at +62 852-8045-2688. Include the payment reference, the amount, the date of payment, and the reason for the request. We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days.
5. Refund Method and Timeline
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible, or by bank transfer to an account in the payer’s name. Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days of approval, depending on the payment provider and your bank.
6. Payments and Chargebacks
Payments are processed securely by iPaymu. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly — this is usually faster than a bank dispute.
