Ashari Tech provides AI solutions and technology consulting services, including:

BrainyBuddy: AI companion chatbot with email, calendar, and file integration
Asharicloud: Webhook automation and workflow platform
Custom Client Solutions: Tailored applications for business automation

These services may request access to your Google account data (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) to provide functionality.

3. Google Account Authorization

3.1 Scope of Access

When you authorize our applications, you grant us permission to:

Access specific Google services as indicated during authorization
Perform actions on your behalf within the authorized scopes
Store access credentials securely for ongoing service provision

3.2 Authorization Management

You may:

Revoke access at any time via Google Account Permissions
Re-authorize if you revoke and wish to resume services
Choose specific permissions during the authorization process

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Use our services lawfully and in accordance with these terms
Not attempt to compromise the security of our systems
Not abuse or misuse Google API integrations
Comply with Google's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

5. Service Availability

5.1 Uptime

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

5.2 Maintenance

We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.

5.3 Google API Changes

Service functionality may change if Google modifies or deprecates API features.

6. Data Usage and Privacy

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your Google account data. Authorization does not transfer ownership.

7.3 Client Projects

For custom client projects, intellectual property rights are defined in separate client agreements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months
We are not responsible for Google API service interruptions
We are not liable for data loss due to user error or Google service issues

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Ashari Tech against claims arising from:

Your violation of these terms
Your misuse of Google API integrations
Your violation of third-party rights
Your violation of applicable laws

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice
Change pricing for paid services with advance notification
Update these terms (material changes will be notified)

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may terminate by:

Revoking Google account access
Closing your account with us
Requesting data deletion

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

You violate these terms
Your account is inactive for extended periods
Required by law or Google policy
We discontinue the service

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Your Google authorization will be revoked
Stored credentials will be deleted within 30 days
Certain data may be retained as required by law

12. Disclaimers

12.1 Service Quality

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of:

Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Error-free operation
Continuous availability

12.2 Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for:

Google API service quality or availability
Third-party integrations or services
Client data accuracy or completeness

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indonesian law. Disputes will be resolved in Indonesian courts.

For custom client projects:

Separate Master Service Agreements may apply
Client agreements supersede these general terms where conflicting
Client-specific SLAs and support terms are defined separately
