How we work, how payments and invoices are handled, and how to reach us.

Ashari Tech (PT Ashari Tech Indonesia) builds software, automation, and AI solutions for businesses in Indonesia and the wider Asia-Pacific region — web applications, operational systems, websites, SEO, chatbots, and computer vision. Scope is tailored to each client’s problem; we do not sell fixed packages.
Once a project scope is agreed, we issue an invoice. You can pay it online at ashari.tech/bayar by entering the invoice amount and reference. Payment is processed securely through iPaymu and supports QRIS, bank virtual accounts, e-wallets, and credit/debit cards.
Through our payment provider iPaymu you can pay using QRIS, bank transfer / virtual account (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, CIMB Niaga, and others), e-wallets, and Visa/Mastercard credit or debit cards.
Yes. Payments are handled on iPaymu’s secure hosted payment page. Ashari Tech never receives or stores your card numbers or banking credentials — we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.
Yes. After a successful payment you will receive a confirmation, and a receipt is sent to the email address you provided at checkout. You can also see the live status on the payment status page.
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. In short, if a payment was made in error or work covered by the payment has not commenced, you may request a refund by contacting us. See ashari.tech/refund-policy for the full terms.
