Our database and AI inference are in the AWS Jakarta region (UU PDP No. 27/2022). Access is limited to the Ashari engineers on your project. No third-party data brokers, no overseas trackers. Our standard NDA already covers this.
No. Those are BGN tools, BGN-owned, and the audit trail stays there. We are an upper layer that helps you comply faster — e.g. operational photos auto-upload to Dialur, or the RAB auto-generates ready to send to the SAKTI PPK.

Yes. We train on-site (or Zoom if you are outside Jakarta), Indonesian-language manuals, a tutorial video per feature, plus WhatsApp support for the first 30–90 days. The goal is not for you to become an IT expert — it is for your accountant & admin to use it without us.
We keep up. It is a normal part of ongoing support. Once BGN issues a new Juknis, we adjust the system fields within 1–2 weeks, at no extra cost to active clients.
No. We are a software partner — not a tax consultant, not a certified auditor, not a KAP. We recommend your foundation keep a separate tax consultant. Our software helps them, it does not replace them.
It depends on scope. A small, focused piece is usually 2–5 weeks; a full operational system for multi-SPPG can be 6–12 weeks. The exact timeline is always written in the proposal before we start.
We routinely migrate data from Excel, Google Sheets, or other software. If you already use accounting software like Accurate or Mekari, we can integrate instead of replace — if that makes more sense for your foundation. We discuss it on the first call.
