We map the order flow, kitchen, stock, table layout, and CCTV needs to determine the most suitable package.
Configuration of POS, menu, tables, staff roles, inventory, recipes, and the basic hardware needed.
CCTV live monitoring, owner dashboard, sales reports, stock, and if chosen: AI analytics + automatic alerts.
Training for cashier, kitchen, and owner. After that the system is ready for full use with an initial support period.
Realistic timeline: 1-2 weeks for the basic package, longer if it includes AI analytics or multi-location integration.
